Hey, my name is Jillian Lyons
I am a photographer who has been practicing the craft since a young age, driven by a love for capturing moments that matter. Photography started as a hobby and quickly became a way for me to help others see the beauty in themselves and their lives. I’m passionate about creating lasting memories that people can look back on and share, while also helping them feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Whether it’s a candid smile or a carefully composed portrait, my goal is always to reflect authenticity and connection through every image.

My background in photography
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. What began as a creative hobby in middle school has grown into a lifelong pursuit of capturing authentic moments and meaningful stories through the lens. With experience in photography classes, hands-on sessions, and years of personal exploration, I’ve developed a style rooted in creativity, natural light, and genuine connection.
My love for the outdoors deeply influences my work — I find inspiration in natural settings and the small, beautiful details that often go unnoticed. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Park, Recreation, and Administration, as well as an Associate’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Arts. My background in organization, communication, and creative collaboration plays a key role in how I approach each session, ensuring every client feels comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Through photography, I aim to capture not just images, but experiences — moments that feel alive, honest, and full of personality.
